Why I chose teaching?
I'm a student at Dubai Women's College. I'm studying early childhood education in year 4. I chose this program because I enjoy teaching young children. I learned in this program the developmental milestones for the child from birth to 6 years which helped me alot in my personal life because I know how they can learn. The second reason is, that teachers build relationship with different stakeholders and this improve their social skills. Finally, I chose this program because I believe that children learn more through hands-on activities and this program helped me to teach in creative way.
About my E-portfolio
This E-portfolio will include the evidence that I got from my teaching practice. It will include things that I did and I'm proud of it, the strategies that I used to manage the learning for children in the school, the long, unit, lesson plans that I did in the school. In this E-portfolio you will find the feedback that I got from my MST and MCT. You will find some evidence of my implementations in the school, and some of the assessment that I did for children to assess their learning. Finally, it will include my achievement which are the things that I did outside the school.

I did a science day for my classroom. I did 3 experiments which are coloring the roses, water and oil density, and making playdoh. Children felt happy when they did the experiment and they were engaged. This video shows the steps of each experiment.
