This tab will include the feedback that I received from my MST and MCT during my teaching practice. I will include some feedback from the lessons that I implement and some final feedback. Those feedbacks helped me to improve my teaching, my lesson plans, and how can I assess student learning.

The lesson plan is highly detailed, you included the activities, the instructions were written word by word. The activities were age appropriate. The learning objective were SMART. You included the key questions in your lesson plan and they were differentiated. You wrote how you will assess the students to see if you achieved your learning objective or no.

Reflection
The feedback that I got from both MST and MCT motivates me to be involved in school events and to build a positive relationship with other stakeholders. From their feedback, I learned how it is important to write a detailed lesson plan that includes the activities, assessments, strategies that I will implement to rotate the students. My MCT and MST encouraged me to implement engaging activities during carpet and center time. They also encourage me to set a routine to manage the students and to have classroom rules that helped me to manage my time. Moreover, my MST and MCT motivated me to implement a range of formative assessment to assess the students' learning, they encourage me to use fun strategy so students don get bored. Also, I learned from their feedback that I have to reflect on my lessons to see what I can improve for the next lesson.
