This tab will include the goals that I want to achieve for each competency and what are the actions that I'm going to take for each goal. It also will include reflection about the actions that I took for each gaol. Finally, it will include some evidence of the action that I took for each goal.

Participating in school events is important because it develops many skills on you as a teacher. It improves communication and speaking skills. It also helps the teacher to build a positive relationship with a range of stakeholders across the school community. It allows the teacher to be a part of the school community, and it helps the teacher to demonstrate a positive attitude toward teaching and learning. Teachers learn from participating in school events on how to work as a team.

* - Write detailed lesson plan that has exact instructions to finish the lesson on time.
1. Search in the internet for some journals about writing a good lesson plan.
2. Have a meeting with the MST to talk about how to write a good lesson plan in order to finish the lesson on time.
3. Ask other teachers in the school to have more information about how to write a good lesson plan.
4. Attend the teacher meetings to have an idea of how the lesson plan looks like.
* - This goal develops my teaching way because writing detail lesson plan helps to finish the lesson on time, it also helps me to know what I'm going to do in the lesson. It also helps me to achieve my goals because everything is organized for me. It also helps me to assess the students according to their level because I'm able to write the key questions based on the student's level. This goal helps the students as well because they understand the lesson easily. Also, it helps me to have a range of activities for the students. It also helps me to be more confident. It also saves my time, because students understand the lesson easily.
5. Create lesson plans and show the MST to have some feedback.

1. Search in the internet to find 3 journals, articles, or videos about strategies to rotate the students between carpet time and center time.
2. Have a meeting with the MST to discuss the strategies that I can implement to rotate the students between carpet time and center time.
3. Develop the resources that I can use to rotate the students between carpet time and center time.
The transition between the activities helps you as a teacher to manage the classroom because students will follow the instructions, and you don’t need to shout and call their names. It also saves your time as a teacher because students know what they have to do and how they will rotate between the activities. It also gives all the students a chance to do all the activities, and this will help you as a teacher as well in assessing the students’ understanding.

As a teacher, it is important to include engaging activities in your lesson because it will lead to have an effective learning environment. Using engaging activities helps the students to be more motivated, and they will do their best to participate in the classroom. It also develops the critical thinking skills in the students.

It is important to implement new formative assessment strategies to assess the students during the phonics lessons because it helps the teacher to know the exact level of each student. It also helps the teacher to improve the academic level of the students. Implementing new strategies to assess the students, helps the teacher to improve her teaching. It also motivates the students to work hard and it makes the class more fun for the students .

As a teacher, it is important to reflect on your lessons because it gives you an idea of your achievements. It also tells you what wnet well and what did not go well in your lessons. Reflecting on my teaching makes positive changes in the classroom. It also helps me as a teacher to be able to assess a student's understanding . It shows the strengths and weaknesses on my lesson plan.
