Introduction
This tab will include the strategies that I used in the school to manage the classroom such as behavior management strategies, some strategies to rotate the students between the carpet time and center time, the rules of the classroom. Including those strategies will help the teacher to manage the classroom and it saves her time. Also, it will help the teacher to have fewer behavior management problems.

Students use to wear the tags
Strategies to rotate students between carpet and center time.

Divide the students into groups
I divided the students into 4 groups, each group has a different color. In each corner there are few tags, so children have to wear the tag and work in the corner that they chose. I used the tags so students know exactly how many children are allowed to play on each corner. I divided the students based on their level. Each group has 2 high ability, 2 meduim, and 2 low. I tried to have a mixed ability in each group so the high and medium ability can help the low ability. Also, It gives the teacher a chance to assess the whole abilities.
Differentiated activities during center time

This activity was for low ability students and it was about the number 19. Students have to feed the house the picture of a person that has number 19 on his body. Students were able to do the activity because it was appropriate for them.
This activity was for the medium ability students and it was about number 19. Students have to take a card and count the shapes.

This activity is for high ability students. Students have to count the houses in each circle and add them together.
Classroom management strategies
Classroom management is the methods and actions that the teacher uses to control the classroom. Classroom management is the strategies that the teachers use to male students follow the rules, and to engage the students (Emmer and Stough, 2001). Classroom rules are the techniques that help students to be organized and on task. Each teacher should implement a variety of classroom management strategies in her classroom because it helps her as a teacher to have an effective learning environment. As a teacher, it is important to know your students and how they learn to implement an effective classroom management strategy (Kelly, 2018). During my teaching practice, I implemented a variety of classroom management strategies that helped me to manage the miss behavior students, and manage my time as well.
Count down

I used the count down method as a tool to manage the students. It was an effective strategy to use because it was is an easy strategy to get the student’s attention. It also helped the students to move from activity to another very easily and it saves time (How to study,2019).
Happy/sad face
I used the happy/ sad face as a tool to manage the students. It was an effective strategy to use because when I draw sad face students realized that I'm not happy so they have to behave very well.

Singing

I used singing as a tool to manage the students. It was an effective strategy because students were engaged. It also helped to grab the students' attention and students felt happy and they enjoyed the lesson (Magruder, 2013).
Whistle
I used the whistle as a tool to manage the classroom. I used this strategy when students finish the activit4s and they have to clean the class. It was a useful strategy because students were able to listen to my instructions.
